By creating a culture rooted in our Purpose and Values, AIG was able to realize positive progress in 2022, including executing our strategy for profitable growth, prioritizing capital management, advancing AIG 200, completing the Corebridge IPO and more. Our colleagues established clear expectations and collaborated across teams to reach these goals, while acting with integrity—taking pride in their work and holding themselves accountable for the outcomes.
Our commitment to excellence was recognized by a leading international finance publication, Institutional Investor, which named Peter Zaffino Insurance Sector Best CEO Overall and ranked AIG first in Insurance Sector Overall in its 2023 All-American Executive Team survey.
