At AIG, we are committed to using the power of volunteerism and philanthropy to develop inclusivity, encourage equity and advance prosperity—within our organization and our global communities. We are deeply proud of the way our employees continue to use their time, skills, generosity, and voices to create lasting change and sustainable impact.

We honor AIG’s history of giving back and continue to put purpose into action by volunteering in our local communities, helping colleagues through difficult times, and supporting organizations that address society’s most pressing needs.

Philanthropy

Throughout 2022, AIG donated $22.5 million to nonprofit organizations through charitable contributions, matching grants, and monetized in-kind contributions of volunteer time.

How we give back

Volunteerism

Every year, we provide opportunities for employees to their time—with up to 16 hours of paid time off—and their talent to support and improve communities by volunteering with nonprofits and schools.
