Underwriting Program

Our Underwriting Program runs concurrently with the AIG Insurance Academy. Through this opportunity, Professional Associates develop the core technical, professional, and leadership capabilities they need to become best-in-class underwriters and future industry leaders.

“My AIG internship was an amazing learning opportunity. I was able to learn so much about AIG’s culture. Not only that, but I developed skills that I utilize in both my full-time role here, as well as in my daily life.”
