Former Chief Information Officer Advisor, Salesforce

Juan Perez is the former Chief Information Officer of Salesforce, a role which he held from 2022 to 2025. He was an Advisor to the Chief Information Officer at Salesforce from 2025 to 2026. Prior to joining Salesforce, Mr. Perez served as Chief Information and Engineering Officer at UPS from 2016 to 2022. At UPS, Mr. Perez drove the company’s adoption of advanced analytics and led the implementation of automation, operational excellence, and operations and customer technologies including artificial intelligence. Mr. Perez is a director of Wabtec Corporation and serves on the advisory boards of the School of Industrial and Systems Engineering at the University of Southern California and the School of Business at Georgia Tech.
